Get Started

Hi, I’m Stacey. I’m the kind of person who “files” her T-shirts. My superpowers include finding exactly the right size container for leftovers and leveraging tech to stay on task. I live for organizing just about anything from closets to email inboxes.

I have experienced firsthand how optimizing space and technology for the way you actually live can save time and money. I have felt the peace of letting go of objects – and the thoughts & feelings evoked by them – that no longer serve me.

I also know that change can be difficult. Our belongings aren’t just things. They are tangible reminders of people we’ve loved or lost, phases of life, or the person we were or aspire to be. Examining our belongings and habits can trigger tender memories and even sensitive conversations with loved ones. If it were easy, folks wouldn’t need help.

If you’re ready to go on an organization journey and could use a hand to guide you, let’s chat!

“Getting organized felt totally overwhelming at first. Stacey tackled each space calmly and methodically, offering reassurance and support. I saw real progress after each visit and felt encouraged to keep going. When I reflect on how my home feels now compared to where we started, I am delighted by the transformation.”

— Ann S.

“Stacey is a miracle worker. After my mom died, she oversaw a large scale clear-out process and kept everything organized including donations, referrals to other companies and professionals, and inventorying my mom's house for estate administration and tax purposes. I cannot recommend Stacey highly enough. Her warmth, expertise, commitment, and professionalism are all top-tier. Her presence and skills significantly tempered the stress and anxiety I experienced throughout the process.”

— Alexis L.

“After becoming a professional organizer myself, I knew I wanted to get my digital space organized. I specifically struggle with ADHD so sometimes the simplest of tasks can be cumbersome without a good system. I was able to meet with Stacey and my mind was blown. She shared so many useful pieces of information with me that empowered me to make some big changes for myself.”

Bust digital clutter

Your current password organizer involves sticky notes and a spiral notebook. Your inbox is always full and no keyword search will find what you need on your computer. Let’s get your digital life right.

I can offer tips and tricks for email management, set up a password manager, and help with digital filing systems that work for you.

Be the boss of your own calendar

When you look at your calendar your chest tightens with anxiety. You are overdue for a haircut because you keep forgetting to schedule it and don’t have time to go. You would love to have brunch with you best friend, but it will be six weeks before you can pencil her in.

Learn strategies for creating a calendar you love.

Find what you need

You need a double-A battery for the TV remote. The drawer in the kitchen has triple-A. You check the hallway closet and your kids’ playroom. There are batteries in both places but not the size you need. Next time you’re at Costco, you think, I better grab triple-A’s! Back at home, you realize that it’s double-A you’re out of.

Maybe it’s time to find a home for small household items and spend less time treasure hunting.

Waste less food

Ever buy a fresh bunch of broccoli only to discover an old bunch from last month? How about the time you got a super deal on three pounds of almonds; then at home, you found a full bag in the cupboard. Reflecting on the food you’ve tossed makes you saltier than bulk nuts.

Let’s optimize your fridge and pantry, and talk menu planning & kitchen strategy to reduce food waste and prevent over-buying.
