Bust Digital Clutter

Untangle Your Current Technology Knot & Organize Your Digital Life.

Tame Your Inbox, Calendar & To-Do List.

  • You have a reputation for being on top of things.

You’re the friend or family member who…

    • plans gatherings and vacations

    • functions as the household CFO, keeping bills paid and lights on

    • volunteers at school / church / work because you want everyone around you to feel supported

Little do they know that your calendar owns you, there are 5,378 unread emails in your inbox, and your computer desktop looks like a digital junk drawer with hundreds of random files in no discernible order.

Before you feel an ounce of shame, please know you are not alone!

In fact, most busy humans with demanding careers and full lives don’t have the space to organize their digital landscape.

BUT most of them would love for their computer to feel tidy too.

The challenge - where to start.

    • The inbox

    • The desktop

    • The calendar

    • The important paperwork

Each one requires love, attention, and a system - and you just don’t have time to figure that part out, right?

    Which is why you’re here.

You’re done feeling overwhelmed by unread emails or the inability to quickly locate the files you need for work, life, anything.

    And I’m here to help.

Busting Digital Clutter is For You If…

    • You’re a Mac OS and/or iPhone user

    • You describe yourself as not tech savvy or you are relatively tech savvy and want to level up with productivity tools and tips

    • You’d like to improve your Mac OS fluency

    • You are pretty good at maintaining organization systems, you just need help setting them up.

  • Get a personalized experience designed to save time and reduce stress by wrangling your digital files and leveraging productivity tools to tame your inbox, calendar, and to-do list.

Based on your unique pain points around technology, I’ll recommend tools and techniques to empower you and reduce tech friction. We’ll work together via Zoom, typically 1-3 hours at a time, to purge digital clutter and establish a sane and rational filing system for your digital files. Learn how to use that pesky Photos app so your most prized pics are findable at last. Discover productivity tools built into your calendar and leverage shareable to-do lists and notes to maintain home harmony while saving time.

    For example,

    • Learn best practices for naming and organizing files, and set up a filing system that is maintainable and scalable over time.

    • Backup and protect your data.

    • Leverage password managers to keep your 200+ passwords strong, secure, and handy.

    • Put some organization around your 20,000 digital photos so you can easily find your fav pics.

    • Conquer inbox chaos by using labels, filters, timed delivery, follow-up automations, and more.

    • Establish good digital legacy hygiene and establish Legacy Contacts for social media accounts.

    • Stop swearing at your calendar and use it to design a life you absolutely love.

     Sounds amazing, right?

  • Get started with 3 hours of one-on-one consulting and homework assignments to help you build momentum. ($270)

After your first three hours, keep the momentum going with additional consulting sessions ($85/hr)

Got a longer-term project and need ongoing support? Buy a package of 6 30-min check-ins ($240). This gives you deadlines to work toward, and someone to hold you accountable for your goals. A.k.a. a kick in the pants.

  • The Digital Transformation You Can Expect

    • Dramatically reduce the time it takes to find items on your computer or inbox.

    • Create a system that gives you an obvious home for new files, keeping your desktop clean and serene, and your photo library ship-shape.

After becoming a professional organizer myself, I knew I wanted to get my digital space organized. I specifically struggle with ADHD so sometimes the simplest of tasks can be cumbersome without a good system. I was able to meet with Stacey and my mind was blown. She shared so many useful pieces of information with me that empowered me to make some big changes for myself.

Banish Big Life To-Do List Clutter

Got a legacy plan?

Leave your most important people with a crystal clear roadmap, so they can honor your wishes and spend less time settling your estate.

  • Estate planning. The average estate takes 18 months to settle. Save heirs time, reduce stress, and eliminate family feuds by leaving them a comprehensive breadcrumb trail to follow.

Disaster preparedness. If the worst should happen and you lose everything, do you currently have the contents of your home in writing? Would you be able to file an insurance claim for reimbursement? Don’t get scared. Get prepared.

Organizing Vital Documents is for you if you have assets, children, pets, or anything worth protecting or passing on. If this has been on your to-do list, let’s get started!

  • Organizing Vital Documents

Depending on your budget and whether you prefer digital or analog solutions, there are many ways to catalog your most important documents and ensure the right people have access to them.

I am a Trustworthy Certified Expert. Trustworthy’s “The complete Family Operating System®” is an easy-to-use, secure online platform for consolidating and sharing the details of your household and life. Not only can it help you manage every day details like reminding you when your passport is expiring or the dog is due for a checkup. It can also help you share passwords and estate planning documents with loved ones, share tax documents with your CPA directly from your profile, catalog financial accounts & beneficiaries, and so much more. (Note: by using my affiliate link, you’ll receive a discount and I will receive a small commission. https://www.trustworthy.com/#via=stacey

Once you set up a Trustworthy account, it will feel like you’ve got a personal assistant.

There are great low-budget / low tech options out there too. Remember, any plan is better than no plan!

    Home Inventories

I will come to your location and take photos of your possessions, ask questions, and take notes on all items.

Using a free inventory tool called Fair Split, I (or you) upload photos and add descriptions for each item, or “asset”. Assets are typically categorized into rooms. Artificial Intelligence can be used to estimate fair market value for each one. Once all assets are cataloged, you can earmark them to keep or sell/donate, etc. Or, get a head start on estate planning by asking family members or friends if they want any of the assets. It’s easy to download the inventory or share it with others.

Fair Split offers enhanced service levels that can be invaluable in helping you move, or in settling contentious estates or divorces. They let you categorize each item, and assign “emotional points” to distribute assets fairly to reduce friction and hurt feelings. (Note, I am a Fair Split affiliate and may receive a commission on enhanced services via my affiliate link, https://www.fairsplit.com/?ref=Tunteri)

I can help you project manage your legacy to-do list until it’s tah-done.

  • Schedule a free 30-minute consultation with me. I’ll evaluate the scope of your project, goals, and timeline, and provide a cost estimate.

    • Ensure that you have appropriate insurance coverage for your possessions.

    • Simplify insurance claims, making it easier to recover from disaster.

    • Make estate planning easier, and estate settling less stressful for heirs.

    • Keep clutter at bay. Getting organized and doing inventories can make us conscious of how much time and effort it takes to manage our stuff. It can also reveal things we didn’t know we had, or things we no longer need.

    • Streamline the process of downsizing or moving.

    • Have peace of mind that you are prepared for just about anything.

Eliminate Physical Clutter With a DIY Game Plan

Drawing of a Do-It-Yourself instruction manual

You have a vision for what your space could look like and a DIY spirit. If only you knew where to start.

  • With the image of perfection in your mind’s eye, you’ve been collecting bins, boxes, and drawer inserts, and watching YouTube videos for inspiration.

It’s just that…the project feels overwhelming, you’re not sure where to start, and you’re not sure if you’re doing it right.

“How long does it take to clean out a small closet?”
    “Where can I take donations?”
“Is this thing recyclable or trash?”

Overwhelmed, you might pour yourself a glass of pinot and decide to start tomorrow. Or never.

Real talk: wouldn’t it be so helpful if you had a project plan with estimated timelines, organizing best practices in writing, custom shopping lists, local resources for specialty items and services, and an accountability buddy to pep you up and get you mentally prepared?

    I thought so!

This experience is for you if:

    • You are very comfortable with DIY projects.

    • You can be overwhelmed by larger projects and appreciate having a plan and an accountability buddy.

    • If heavy lifting or construction is needed, you either have muscle in-house or enough resources to hire out.

    • You have a clear vision for what success looks like, and you are motivated to achieve it.

  • Meet THE DIY GAMEPLAN

Master do-it-yourself organizing projects with a game plan, and/or coaching & accountability

    • The Walkthrough. I do a walkthrough of your space, either in person (if you’re in the SF Bay Area) or via video call. You tell me what’s bugging you and how you want to feel in your space, room by room. I take notes, snap pics or screenshots to capture the “before” images, ask a ton of questions and listen intently to your answers.

    • The Plan. Then, I write up a plan with a checklist, resources, suggested timeline, tips, and product recommendations if applicable.

    • The Support. I can also be available for ad hoc moral support, answer questions that come up, and help keep you accountable so you get to the finish line. This time next year, you’ll be sipping pinot in your happy place.

    • Just DIY
      ($250 per room or space.)
This includes The Walkthrough and The Plan.

    • DIY + Support.
      ($250 per room or space, + $499)
      Support includes:
      — one 50 min coaching session for project prep and mindset work. (You may have to let go of some things; are you ready??)
      — up to 2 hours of ad hoc email support
      — 30-min (x6) check-ins for accountability, coaching, Q&A, and support.

  • Mastering your domain will help you:

    • Feel accomplished and empowered with a sense of ease and calm.

    • Save money. The process of getting organized reduces over-buying because you know where everything is and what you already have. You think twice about recreational buying when you have to find a home for new items in your perfectly organized space.

    • Spend less time searching for things. Find what you need, when you need it.

    • Dazzle your friends and family with your organizing chops and spend way more time with them because your to-do list is handled.

Have questions? Curious which option is right for you?

Stacey truly blew away my expectations! As someone who considers themselves relatively tidy, I was amazed at how many tips and tricks she shared, along with innovative ways to optimize my living space. She completely transformed my “high-touch” areas, making them not only more functional but saving me time every single day. Her approach seriously blends functional with elegant - absolutely chef’s kiss!
— Luke M., CA
I was looking for an accountability partner to help me organize and reduce my collections when Stacey came along. She created an easy-to-follow, manageable plan, gave me more tips than I ever imagined, and supported me throughout the whole (sometimes daunting) process. Stacey is a great communicator; it never feels like we are located in different states when we talk. Zoom and email work great and I always know she is there to support and cheer me on.

Coaching

Clear head clutter with active listening and client-driven insights.

Drawing of two ladies talking face to face
  • I believe that every person on planet earth is a spiritual being having a human journey. As such, we all come out of the box with exactly what we need to solve our own problems and define and realize our own visions. We are all naturally creative, resourceful, and whole, and we each have the ability to solve our own problems. The coach’s role is not to solve problems. It is to be present and hold the client’s agenda in a safe, neutral space such that the client gets insight and clarity needed to be their own change agent.

    Coaching is NOT

    • Therapy

    • Counseling

    • Giving advice

    • Diagnosing

    • Treatment

    • Expressing opinions or judgment

    • Attempting to lead, guide, or persuade

    • Problem solving

IMPORTANT: Coaching is not the same as mental health treatment and should not be considered as a suitable substitute. Mental illness or mental health concerns should be treated by a licensed mental health professional.

    Coaching IS

    • Being fully present

    • Listening actively

    • Understanding your Big Life Agenda and helping you connect to it

    • Evoking awareness and facilitating growth

    • Serving as a mirror to reflect your own words, emotions, body language, and perspectives back to you, so you can examine them and for insights and clarity that may otherwise be hard to see

    Coaching is for you if

    • You feel stuck

    • You wish to adjust broaden your perspective or adjust your mindset

    • You are working through a challenging life circumstance or life transition and you’d love a neutral third party to express yourself to

    • You are ready for self-examination and change

  • In each 50-min session, you decide the topic and set the agenda. I will use coaching skills, like active listening tools, to help you uncover insights and clarity.

    Notes:
I have completed Coaching Essentials, an intensive, 8-week course on basic coaching skills, methodology and ethics. This training includes live instruction, extensive practice with feedback and a comprehensive assessment. I am currently working toward a coaching certification.

Sessions happen via Zoom, so some level of comfort with the Zoom app is required.

    • Single sessions, 60-min each

    • Series of 3 60-min sessions

    • Series of 6 60-min sessions

Schedule a free 30-min consultation where I can learn about your goals and discuss rates.

  • Most of us rarely have the luxury of being listened to deeply for a whole hour! That alone can reduce your level of stress. Additionally, coaching can improve self awareness, resilience, communications, and problem-solving.

When we use our own insights to resolve or respond to our circumstances, any changes we make, either in our thinking or our actions, are more likely to stick.

Don’t see what you need here?

It’s worth a conversation to find out if I can help. Even if the answer is no, I may be able to connect you with someone who can.

Stacey is a miracle worker. After my mom died, she kept everything organized including donations, referrals to other companies and professionals, and inventorying my mom’s house for estate administration and tax purposes. I cannot recommend Stacey highly enough. Her warmth, expertise, commitment, and professionalism are all top-tier. Her presence and skills significantly tempered the stress and anxiety I experienced throughout the process
— Alexis L., CA
Stacey is a delight to work with! She is calm, efficient, humorous and has great ideas. Stacey helped me prep for a move; her purging strategies were very successful. Once I was settled in my new place, she helped me arrange my new kitchen with less storage. She listens to what you want, is quick to provide several options based on your preferences, and assists with shopping recommendations. If you are looking for a creative, supportive and clever professional organizer, Stacey should be top of your list!
